Involvement of Right Ventricle Function in Children with Dilated Cardiomyopathy
The study was design to evaluate the involvement of right ventricular èõncÃ?à ½n in children with Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DC). Ã? Right ventricle involvement is frequent in pediatric dilated cardiomyopathy and associated with worse parameter like à ¯Ã?à ? ventricular dimensions, Ã?à ©Ã?cÃ?à ½n èrÃ?cÃ?à ½n and valvular involvement. Now there is growing interest regarding the clinical relevance of RV èõncÃ?à ½nÃ?à ¯ assessment in the heart failure Ã?à ½Ã?Ãµà ¯Ã?Ã?à ½n .Hence, this study was design to Ã?ÃÂÃ?mÃ?Ã?Ã? the incidence of RV Ã?Ã?ÃÂèõncÃ?à ½n by Ã?à ÂëÃ?rÃ?nÃ? echocardiographic parameters in children with dilated cardiomyopathy (non-ischemic).
